Bodic Middle Office
Manage your private equity and venture capital funds end-to-end: commitments, capital calls, distributions, performance calculations and LP reporting, all in one integrated platform.
Your investors see their position in their portal
In Bodic LP Portal, each investor finds, fund by fund: their commitment, what has been called, what they have paid and what remains to be paid, distributions received, their share of net asset value, their capital call notices to download as PDF and their published quarterly reports.
You decide what is visible
Display is switched on fund by fund, for all investors at once. An investor can be hidden individually, or opened alone before the others. As long as nothing is switched on, the portal shows nothing.
Everyone sees only their own position
An investor never has access to another investor's position, nor to a fund that has not been opened.

Receipts and bank reconciliation
- Import a bank statement in CSV or Excel format, with a dry run before saving
- For each line, the matching capital call is suggested, with the criteria that explain it
- Confirming a match settles the notice and updates the call, with no re-entry
- Re-importing the same statement creates no duplicates
- Overdue unpaid calls are listed, from the most to the least overdue
Distributions
Manage investor returns, line by line and by commitment.
- Return of capital, capital gain, income and interest, line by line
- Recallable portion, which flows back into the remaining callable amount
- Gross / net breakdown by investor
- Distribution allocations computed per commitment
Fees and fee schedules
Precise fee tracking with allocations and payment history.
- Fee schedules (management, set-up, advisory) with step-down and VAT, calculated period by period
- Basis: committed, called, net asset value or fixed amount
- Equalisation interest
- Collected payment history per commitment
Capital accounts that keep themselves up to date
- One capital account per investor and per fund: commitment, called, received, remaining callable, distributed
- Fed automatically by capital calls and distributions: nothing to re-enter
- Full statement of entries, available at any past date
- PDF account statement for the investor, Excel export of everything with a tab explaining each column
- An entry is never deleted: a cancellation is reversed and remains visible on the statement
Multiples, closing tracking and LP reporting
Track collection for each closing, calculate your investors' multiples and publish their quarterly reports.
TVPI, DPI, RVPI
Calculated as soon as a share of net asset value is entered.
- TVPI, DPI and RVPI by investor and by fund
- Share of net asset value frozen at the cut-off date of each quarterly report
Closing tracking for the finance team
Collection rate, curve of received versus expected amounts, breakdown by fund and by investor, ageing of overdue amounts, and the list of reminders to send.
Quarterly reporting
One campaign per fund and per quarter, one report per investor with their share of net asset value frozen at the cut-off date, then validation and publication. A published report can no longer be changed. The campaign tells you in advance whether the required data is available.
European waterfall
The four-step GP/LP split (return of capital, preferred return, catch-up, carried interest) is in preparation. Today, distributions are allocated pro rata to commitments.
The invested portfolio
A deal flow company that moves to “invested” status becomes a holding of the fund: investment tranches, follow-on investments, and quarterly reporting (fair value, revenue, EBITDA, net debt, headcount). The amount invested is calculated from the tranches, and the multiple from what the holding has returned and its latest valuation.
The invested portfolio is connected to Bodic Portfolio Portal.
Reliable imports and governance
Risk-free bank import
The bank statement goes through a dry run before anything is saved, and re-importing it creates no duplicates.
Immutable entries
Capital account entries are never deleted: a cancellation is reversed and remains visible on the statement.
Group-based permissions
Separate view and edit rights for the Middle Office; receipts and holdings under dedicated rights.
Documents in your colours
Upload your logo and choose your colours: capital call notices, capital account statements and Excel exports use them. A preview shows the result before you save.
Each Middle Office record (call, capital account, distribution, receipt, fee schedule) links the objects it depends on and shows where it stands.
A platform built for your fund
Bodic Middle Office adapts to your vehicle structure and organisation. We support onboarding and migration of your existing data.
