Bodic KYC
Build, score and get your investor compliance files approved — right where your accounts and contacts already live.
From the first document to file approval
One KYC file per investor account, with its own lifecycle, expected documents and audit trail. Steps are clickable: open the one you need directly, without scrolling through the whole page.
The module builds on the accounts and contacts already in your CRM. No re-keying: beneficial owners are designated from the contacts attached to the account, and their records stay one click away.
One file per investor account
Everything a file requires, gathered in one place.
Step-based lifecycle
Every step of the file is clickable: go straight to the one you want to review. File information is grouped in a dedicated tab.
Checklist of expected documents
Add the whole set of documents on a shared link in one go. Fix a SharePoint link without deleting the document, undo a receipt marked in error: every action is confirmed — naming the document — and logged.
Details tab
Name, country, SIRET, SIREN, address, city, postcode and regulatory category of the account, gathered in a dedicated tab rather than scattered.
Expected documents, tracked one by one
Every file carries its list of documents, with their status, storage location and date of receipt.
- Add the whole set on a shared link, in one go
- Fix a SharePoint link without deleting the document
- Undo a receipt, with a confirmation naming the document
Beneficial owners and tailored fields
The people who matter, and the information you decide you need.
Ownership of 25% or more
Designate the people holding, directly or indirectly, a quarter of the capital or more, from the contacts already attached to the account.
Expandable details
Under each designated person, title, address and phone number expand without leaving the file or cluttering the table. The account name and each person's name lead to their record in one click.
Additional fields
Choose which information appears on every file — CRM fields or custom fields — separately for the account and for the designated people.
A versioned risk map
Risk level is calculated, justified and recalculated.
Versioned risk map
Country scores, factors, thresholds and required documents evolve through successive versions. Country scores can be imported from a CSV file.
Justified scoring
The calculation opens in a dedicated window showing the factors applied and any manual adjustments, each with a stated reason. The score can be recalculated on demand.
Matrix and proposed level
The risk matrix has its own panel, and a risk level is proposed to the approver rather than imposed.
A versioned matrix, from country score to required document
Country scores, factors, thresholds and required documents evolve together through successive versions: you always know which version was used to score a file.
- Country scores importable from a CSV file
- Country list monitoring built into the risk map
- Due diligence levels and required documents defined per tier
Built-in external checks
Regulatory checks run from the file itself, with no third-party tool to open.
World-Check
Politically exposed persons and sanctions lists, queried directly from the file.
Country list monitoring
FATF, UK, Treasury and European Union: lists are monitored and matched against the countries in your files.
Directors and beneficial owners
Verification of directors and beneficial owners from public data (Open Data Gouv).
Approval, review and audit trail
What was decided, by whom, and when to revisit it.
Summary sheet and approval
The manager approves the file from a summary sheet and sets the next review date.
Automatic reminders
Reminder rules warn ahead of the deadline, with no separate manual tracking.
Audit trail
Every action on the file — a document received, a link corrected, a score recalculated — appears in the history.
Latest improvements
Bodic KYC evolves continuously. Here are the main additions from the latest period.
Reorganised file screen
Steps are now clickable, file information is grouped in a dedicated tab and the risk matrix has its own panel.
Scoring in a dedicated window
The calculation shows the factors applied and the manual adjustments with their stated reasons, and the score can be recalculated on demand.
Documents added as a set
The whole set of expected documents can be added on a shared link. SharePoint links can be corrected and a receipt undone — with a confirmation that names the document.
Details tab and beneficial owners
The account's regulatory information and the people holding 25% or more join the file, with their detailed information available on expand.
Bilingual document types
Each document type carries a French and an English label, configured separately. The document menu follows the user's language.
Polished screens, mobile included
Dashboard, risk map, configuration, checklist and reminder rules share the same style. On mobile, tables become readable cards.
