An extended address removes any ambiguity:

Created or recognised automatically by domain and email address, enriched from the signature (job title, phone). A likely duplicate is proposed for merging rather than created.
Always created, with the email body, attachments and an AI summary, linked to the right account. Replies in the same thread enrich the same activity instead of creating a new one.
Created when the exchange concerns a fundraise, linked to the open opportunity if one already exists. If several funds are raising, you pick the right one in one click.
Always proposed, never created without your approval. Target, sector, amount and source are pre-filled and editable before entering the Deal Flow.

One mailbox, read-only, hosted in France
Capture applies the Bodic CRM philosophy: the CRM serves the user, never the other way round. No mailbox sync, no invasive access.
One mailbox only
Bodic only reads the dedicated mailbox, created in your tenant. Access to any other mailbox is technically impossible, and your IT can verify it.
Read-only
No sending, no writing, no deleting. You revoke access at any time, from your tenant, without going through Bodic.
Your credentials stay with you
A Microsoft 365 app registration or a Google Workspace OAuth client, set up by your IT in 15 minutes with the guide provided. Bodic needs no account with these vendors.
Hosted in France
Processing and raw emails are kept with your CRM, at Clever Cloud; extraction by Mistral AI, hosted in France on OVHcloud. No data leaves the European Union.
Outlook Add-in or Capture? Both. The Add-in to choose, case by case, what you push from Outlook. Capture for the cc reflex, including from a phone, from Gmail, or for colleagues who install nothing.

What our clients ask us
Does anything need to be installed?
Not for your teams. Your IT creates a dedicated mailbox in your tenant, then a Microsoft 365 app registration or a Google Workspace OAuth client, in about fifteen minutes with the guide provided. Full deployment fits in half a day.
Can Bodic read our other mailboxes?
No. Access is technically restricted to the dedicated mailbox, read-only: no sending, no writing, no deleting. Your IT can verify it and revoke access at any time from your tenant.
Can anyone feed our CRM?
No. Only senders from your own domain are accepted. An email sent to the mailbox from outside is not processed.
What if Capture gets it wrong?
It creates nothing blindly. A likely duplicate is proposed for merging, an ambiguous fund is submitted to you, a deal never goes in without approval. Everything goes through the Capture Desk, and the records concerned carry a badge until you decide.
