The meeting bot runs on Meeting BaaS, a French, open-source meeting-bot API. You plug in your own account — cloud or self-hosted — and stay in full control: your licence, your costs, your data. Setup takes a minute in Bodic Admin.
- Bring your own account: set the API base URL (Meeting BaaS cloud or your self-hosted instance) and your API key.
- Name your bot: choose how the assistant introduces itself in your meetings.

Do my counterparts need to install anything?
No. The assistant joins the meeting as a regular guest, using the invitation link. If a waiting room is enabled, the organiser admits it like any other participant.
Where are recordings and transcripts stored?
Exclusively in France, encrypted, on OVHcloud, with a retention period you define. You can purge the audio of any meeting at any time.
What if a participant objects to the recording?
The assistant announces itself on arrival and can be removed in one click. You can also switch to manual notes: Mistral will draft the minutes from your notes instead.
Do I need a Meeting BaaS account?
Yes. Each client uses their own Meeting BaaS account and keeps control of their licence and costs: bot usage is billed to you directly by Meeting BaaS, with no intermediary and no markup. Setup takes a minute in Bodic Admin: bot name, API base URL and API key, a connection test, done.
Can I trust the minutes?
Every sensitive statement is sourced with a timestamped excerpt from the transcript. The minutes remain a draft until you validate them, and stay editable at any time.
