Ten major updates have been rolled out to production in just a few days for the latest Bodic Portfolio Portal module in the Bodic Apps suite, designed to collect and organize performance data for your investments.
This module is currently being rolled out at two Paris-based funds.

📊 KPIs you can actually interact with
• Free navigation through historical data, beyond the last five quarters
• Filter by year in the explorer; choose the number of decimal places
• Bar or line charts (ECHARTs)
• The table displays all metrics tracked by the company
• Indicator display order defined via drag-and-drop, applied across all views
📥 Seamless portfolio setup
- Loading the historical data for an investment is often the most challenging part of deployment. A dedicated screen allows you to enter data period by period, and a “standard” import reads an Excel or CSV file (one row per KPI, one column per period). You map the data, review it, and validate it.
- Automatic data extraction via a Mistral LLM on our OVH servers is also available for those who prefer it.
- The same process now applies to budgets, with a “Year-to-Date Total” column that breaks down into quarters or months.
🗣️ Fully multilingual (FR/EN/IT/DE/ES/PT)
Descriptions of your offices’ services and activities can now be entered in all 6 languages, with automatic translation. Each user views the portal in their own language.
🧾 The investment profile page has been expanded
Investment date, initial valuation, management’s stake, cash proceeds, quarter of the most recent fair value… and the option to add a free-form note to each field, which is then included in the PDF fund report.
📱 The portal is now accessible on smartphones (PWA)
- Lists and tables (including administrative ones) are displayed as easy-to-read cards; the app installed on the home screen adapts to the screen’s notches
- The portal can now be accessed between appointments, not just at the office.
🌍 An “About” page that showcases your presence
- An interactive globe displays your offices around the world.
- Clicking on a city opens its profile page: photos, services, contact information.
The goal is simple: to reduce the time between receiving data
and having actionable data.
