Since August 2, Section 50 of the AI Act has required the labeling of AI-generated content, with one key exemption: human review and editorial responsibility. For content management companies, whose communications are regulated and institutionalized, this shift transforms every piece of content—from white papers to a partner’s LinkedIn post—into a compliance issue.
