Résumé

Philippe Quéméner, CTO and Tech Advisor at Hones, and Gaël Donat, Chief Information Security Officer at Recommerce Group.

The observation that kicks off the session can be summed up in two sentences. Your developers are working faster now that they have AI. Your deliveries, not so much. Everyone is speeding along on their own; no one reviews anyone else’s work anymore, and individual gains are lost in the collective.

At Hones, the solution was to stop talking about tools and to rebuild the workshop. Some agents produce, others monitor, a human reviews everything before it goes live, and each step leaves a traceable deliverable. A factory, not a workshop. It’s been up and running since May—first at their own facility, then at their clients’ sites.

At Recommerce, the issue wasn’t about producing faster, but about keeping everything running without putting anyone at risk. Individual accounts and permissions, human approvals for what matters, safeguards at the input and output stages, and the cost of each operation visible by team and by person. The perspective of a CISO who had to say yes—but on his own terms.

For an asset management firm, both sides matter:

→ what to look for in a tech investment in 2027, which wasn’t included in the 2025 due diligence → how the cost structure of a development team is evolving → how to distinguish a company that has truly made the transition from one that has simply purchased licenses → and the same questions, this time applied to your own organization

SIAI 2026, Thursday, November 19, starting at 1:30 p.m., at the Village by CA Paris. Free for management firms.
