First two speakers announced for the SIAI 2026 conference on the afternoon of November 19 at Le Village by CA Paris, organized by Bodic
The first two speakers for SIAI 2026 have been confirmed.
Ladislas Smia, Head of Sustainability at MBO+, and Daniel Toledano, Managing Director & Global Head of Sustainability at Quilvest Capital Partners, will kick off the program with a very practical topic: using AI to scale ESG analysis.
Why them?
Because Ladislas didn’t just write a position paper on AI—he built the tool. Starting with an information memorandum, an investment memo, a link to a data room, or simply a company name, his skill set generates an ESG analysis of the target at three levels of depth: a two-sentence verdict to sort through incoming deal flow, a one-pager for an opportunity committee, and a structured report for an engagement committee. It includes a search for controversies, employee and customer feedback, the SASB sector-specific checklist as a safety net, and screening against the exclusion list.
And because Daniel has tested it from the other side—the user’s perspective—at another firm, with different processes.
That’s exactly the central theme of this edition. In 2025, we showed that it was possible. In 2026, we’re looking at what’s actually working: at what cost, with what level of auditability, and with what level of confidentiality when the tool reads a data room.
