This week, Bodic CRM takes another step forward with six enhancements designed to make the day-to-day work of sales teams more fluid. The program includes an enriched mobile experience, more flexible object customization, redesigned account management and updated Outlook and Chrome extensions. An Activities page finally designed for mobile

The mobile-first redesign of Bodic CRM continues. After several pages already adapted in recent weeks, it's now the turn of the Activities page to benefit from a fully responsive design. Whether you're on the desktop or on the move with your smartphone, the experience remains fluid, legible and consistent. This is a concrete step forward for field sales staff, who can consult and update their activities directly from their cell phone.

Custom fields on all key objects

The "Custom Fields" functionality now extends to all back office objects: Contacts, Accounts and Activities. In concrete terms, you can create fields specific to your business in just a few clicks, without any technical intervention. For example, would you like to store the location of an activity? Simply add the field, and it will automatically appear for the whole team in the "Custom Fields" tab. A direct response to customization requests from our customers.

The completely redesigned Contacts page

The Contacts page has undergone a complete overhaul. New fully responsive layout, essential information accessible at a glance, particularly ergonomic update modes: every detail has been reworked to make consulting and editing a contact faster and more pleasant.

A flexible account hierarchy at last

The MAIN ACCOUNT and ACCOUNT objects, whose distinction no longer made much sense in everyday use, merge into a single unified object. As a result, you can now build as many levels of hierarchy as you need, using the notions of "Parent Accounts" and "Child Accounts", with the level specified in the "Account Level" field. Whether you're managing simple groups or complex multi-subsidiary structures, modeling finally adapts to your reality.

A modernized Outlook add-in

The Outlook add-in also benefits from a visual and functional update. Its design is now aligned with that of the Bodic back office, ensuring a consistent experience from one tool to the next. Creating activities directly from Outlook becomes simpler and faster, a real time-saver for all teams who live in their mailbox.

The Chrome extension more powerful than ever

Finally, the Chrome extension has also been updated. It lets you access all the elements of the back office with a single click, without leaving your browser. In just a few seconds, you can create contacts, accounts or activities, and automatically retrieve information from LinkedIn. An indispensable companion for all those who prospect or enrich their database on a daily basis.
